All sales are Business to Business, please report any packaging damage within 24 hours of receipt of items, to enable us to claim against the shipper.
We will do our best to rectify any problems.
Items purchased Business to Business on Trade terms are non-returnable unless of faulty manufacture all items should be checked by the Trade buyer and any faulty goods reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Faulty items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We pay close attention to your order and shipping details to ensure that trade customers receive the correct product. However, if an error has occurred, please contact us by email.
RETURNING AN ITEM: How do I return an item? If you would like to return an item for exchange that is unread in a new condition within 14 days of receipt, please send us an email message with the request. After 14 days, any returns for exchange, if agreed by us are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we have received the request we will then send a unique authorisation code.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION MAY BE DELAYED OR REJECTED
Please note that the return delivery cost is the responsibility of the trade customer, as is the item until we have received it. When posting the item back to us, please place the item in an outer padded bag or box for protection. Please do not stick stamps or sellotape on the item. We recommend that the item is returned back via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost or damaged in transit. Please keep the proof of postage until we have notified that we have dealt with the request. Once we have received the item back, please allow 1-3 business days for the request to be processed. We try to process returns the same day we receive them, but this is not always possible. We will notify you via email once we have opened the returned parcel and processed the request. Exchanges, the new item will be shipped out in the next available post. We do not offer Trade refunds. If we find the return to be read, tampered with or in an otherwise non-resaleable condition we will not be able to accept them for exchange and will have to ask for a postage payment to send the item back. To avoid damage to the item, please keep away from pets or anything which may cause a strong odour. Please note all items are checked prior to packing and dispatch.
